Scoprire il borgo di Bellissimi con la FAImarathon 2015
Oltre 500 i luoghi aperti in 130 città in tutta Italia grazie a 3.500 volontari del FAI: questi i numeri di FAImarathon 2015, l’evento nazionale a sostegno della campagna di raccolta fondi “Ricordiamoci di salvare l’Italia” realizzato grazie alla partnership con Il Gioco del Lotto e per la prima volta affidato ai giovani del FAI.
Tra questi luoghi c’è anche Bellissimi dove la sua piccola comunità presenta domenica 18 ottobre, dalle 10.00 alle 18.00, la propria cultura, storia e tradizioni attraverso la scoperta di un itinerario intitolato Un luogo del cuore tra terra e cielo: tra agricoltura, tradizioni e mongolfiere.
L’itinerario composto da circa una decina di postazioni può iniziare a cinquecento passi dal paese con la presenza di un rabdomante presso un antico pozzo, manufatto in pietra a secco, ove gli abitanti attingevano la loro acqua quotidiana, con lì vicino la visita a un’antica casella, manufatto lapideo di tipologia arcaica. Oppure presso uno degli edifici più tradizionali del paese, ex fabbrica delle botti, ove è allestito un laboratorio del gusto dedicato ad alcune ricette locali.
E’ visitabile il bel giardino terrazzato ligure dei Bellissima dove manufatti tradizionali raccontano brani di storia rurale, illustrano antiche pratiche contadine, parlano della raccolta delle acque e della piccola emigrazione femminile dal vicino Piemonte verso il nostro entroterra per la raccolta delle olive. Inoltre l’artista Stefano Faravelli racconta attraverso i suoi acquarelli un viaggio nella Val Prino.
Accompagnata da racconti, la visita straordinaria di alcune sale del vecchio Asilo di Bellissimi, il cui edificio è caratterizzato dall’alto loggiato che si affaccia sulla valle, memoria storica e di appartenenza per molti degli abitanti locali. Non lontano da lì, appuntamento presso una mulattiera in ciottolato, esempio tipico del sofisticato sistema viario rurale che collegava i vari paesi limitrofi.
Visita d’obbligo con dimostrazione pratica è il laboratorio delle mongolfiere di carta, vecchia tradizione del borgo , iniziata nei primi del ‘900 e che annualmente vede il lancio di esse durante la Festa della Madonna della Misericordia e in altri appuntamenti festosi. Sempre sul tema delle mongolfiere è possibile fare un piccolo tour per soffermarsi davanti una decina di murales che le rappresentano.
A chiusura della giornata l’imperdibile lancio della mongolfiera e poi il concerto di chitarra classica del giovane ma già illustre Maestro Christian Lavernier all’interno della chiesa di Nostra Signora della Misericordia.
Discover the hamlet Bellissimi with the FAImarathon 2015
More than 500 are the places open in 130 cities over the whole of Italy thanks to the 3500 volonteers of FAI. These are the numbers of FAImarathon 2015, the national event held for the fund raising in support of Reminding you to save Italy. This realised thanks to the partnership between the Lottery “Gioco del Lotto” and for the first time, the young members of FAI.
Amongst these places there is Bellissimi where its tiny community will present itself on Sunday 18th October, from 10.00a.m. to 18.00p.m. its culture, history and traditions, discovered through an itinerary titled A well loved place suspended between land and sky: its agricoltura heritage, traditions and paper balloons.
The itinerary is composed of circa ten stations whose start is about 500 strides outside the village together with the presence of a rhabdomancer near the ancient well built from dry stones, where the inhabitants drew their surplus of water, a nearby visit to an ancient chapel and an arcaic engraved lapid Or to one of the most traditional buildings, where the wooden vine barrels were fabbricate and where, there will be set up a laboratory for preparing together some local receipes.
It is also possible to visit the lovely terraced Ligurian garden belonging to the family Bellissima where traditional tools e buildings tell the stories of rural life, illustrating antique habits. They tell of the collecting of the necessary water and of the small migration of women from the nearby Piedmont to the olive groves of the Ligurian hillside for the collecting of the olives. Also the artist Stefano Faravelli will tell of his trip up the Val Prino through his beautiful watercolour paintings.
Accompanied by stories of the past, a visit to the old village nursery is worth the visit, with a wonderful view of the valley that can be seen from its loggia and the nearby pebble paving lane, a typical example of the sophisticated system that once linked the nearby villages.
A visit not to be missed is to the laboratory where the paper balloons are made and where they will give a practical demonstration . This old village tradition, began in the early 1900 and from then on annually the launching of the balloon during the festivities of the Madonna of Misericordia and other festivities. With the theme of the paper balloons it is possible to make a little tour of the village murales.
To end the day there will be a launching of a paper balloon to be followed by a concert of classical guitar music given by the young but well-known Maestro Christian Lavernier inside the Church of the Madonna of Misericordia.
